Order Cancellation
As we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we begin preparing the shipment immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept any cancellation requests once an order has been submitted. Thank you for your understanding.
Product Not Delivered
Our estimated delivery time is 3–15 days. If you have not received your order within 20 days, please wait patiently for up to 25 days, as there may be delays due to weather, postal issues, or customs clearance. If the order still hasn’t arrived after 25 days, please contact us at blackrhino@blackrhinoshop.co.za, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Damaged on Arrival

Change of Mind (Non-Quality Issues)
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To proceed, please email blackrhino@blackrhinoshop.co.za. The return address will be provided via email. Please note: We only accept returns for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us at blackrhino@blackrhinoshop.co.za, and we will provide the return address via email and assist you through the process.
Incorrect Product Received
If you received a product that does not match your order, you must return it within 30 days at your own cost, and we will issue a full refund. The return address will be sent via email once you contact our support team.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- To start a return or exchange, please email blackrhino@blackrhinoshop.co.za. Include your order number, reason for return, and the name and quantity of the items you wish to return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days. If the return or exchange is approved, we will provide the return address via email.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, we will process the refund promptly, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary.
Refund Timing
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Typically, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
